Hilton Phoenix Chandler

The AC in the whole place was lacking, and in the room, the temperature didn't get below 80 for 90% of the stay. The food and pools were good. A light was flickering and then went out, and there was no cold water in the showers; it was hot or hotter. When I got up in the morning, the room was 83. Other than that, the staff was wonderful.

I stayed at Hilton Phoenix Chandler for a weekend while attending a family event nearby, and it exceeded my expectations. Check-in was quick and smooth, which was a relief after a long drive. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a quiet space to unwind at the end of the day. One evening, I spent some time in the lobby and noticed how welcoming and professional the staff were with every guest who came through. I left feeling well taken care of and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the area.

I had a great experience during my stay, and I especially want to recognize Morgan at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. From check-in to any questions I had during my stay, she always greeted me with a warm smile and was more than happy to help. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference and made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely nice and attentive. Thank you, Morgan, for making my stay even better!
